There are many method to stop pregnancy. Many social welfareorganisations have planned to spread knowledge in this regard. But every women should act indivisually on the following advices to avoid pregnancy
There are many natural ways of avoiding pregnancy. Firstly you should avoid sexual intercourse after 10 to 12 days and before 3 days of your menstrual cycle . Because during these days egg is prepared in the ovary and because of sperms it can be fertilized and can cause pregnancy. That’s why sexual intercourse during these days should be avoided. If these days are not clear then observe some indications which indicates period . for example no discharge of mucus , rise in temperature of cervical and feelings become stronger.
If woman feeds her baby daily then during this because physiologic effects egg doesn’t develop in uterus . Because Lactogenic hormone effects progesteron and starts moving. Like this feeding helps to reduce the chances of pregnancy.
Moreover , condoms can also help in avoiding pregnancy. Sperm cannot reach ovary and fertilize egg because of condom and couple can fulfill their sexual needs too. But It should also be avoided because one sperm is enough for fertilization and sometimes because of the poor quality of condom, it gets leak and the purposes remains incomplete.
Pregnancy can also be avoided with the help of some medicines. but we shouldn’t use this after pregnancy for a long time because then it can affects the health of the woman. That’s why these medicines only should be used before the intercourse. This includes Contraceptive lotions
Use spermicides. This is available in the form of foam and aerosol.Moreover , vaginal tablet and spozireze are placed in vagina. These things disable and kill sperms.
Like men condoms ,there are vinyl or rubber sheets for women. Moreover , some people has adopted Vasectomy too. This procedure is done when people don’t need children permanently. A small surgery is done and in this surgery the ejaculatory duct of man is blocked and the sperms are not discharged.
This procedure in women is known as TubulOcculusion in which Fallopian tubes of woman are being blocked then it permanently cannot get sperms. Like this , the chances of becoming pregnant become negligible
