Kamr mein dard ki be shumar wajoohat ho skti hain lekin is se bachne aur is kay ilaj ka aik tariqa yeh bhi hai keh agar aap kay uthne, baithne, letne aur chalne ka andaz durust nahi hai aur zindagi kay mukhtalif amoor ka anjam dete huye aap apne jisam ko is tarah nahi rakhte ya is tarah istemaal nahi karte jis tarah karna chahiye to is ghalat tariqe aur andaz ko durust karein. Haqiqat yeh hai keh agar aap apne jism ko intehayi sehat mand halat mein kaam karne kay qabil rakhne chahte hain to ise is tarah istemaal karein keh pathon aur joron samet sakht haddiyon aur narm kurkuri haddiyon par zaroorat se ziadah bojh na pare. Khas tor par agar aap kamr kay dard se bachna chahte hain to is qisam kay dabao aur bojh se parheiz zindagi ka lazman hona chahiye aur is ka amli muzahirah letne , baithne, khare hone, chalne , kaam karne aur warzish karne kay doran hona chahiye. 2. Bhari wazan utha na ho to ghutnon aur koolhe ko morein, kamar ko kham na karein.
3. Wzni cheez kahin le jani ho to ise jism se qareeb tar rakhein.
4. Jhuk kar phone sunna ya koi kaam karna ho to ghutnon ko more be ghair yah kaam na karein.
