4- Jahan tak mumkin ho aap apnay head aur neck ko straight rakhnay ki koshish karein. Agar aap sar jhuka rakhain gay to (head) aap ki spinal cord (reerh ki haddi) aap ki height mein izafah ko roknay ki koshish kara ga.
