Din bhar ki thakan ke baad paon par shujan si aajti hai aur dard mehsoos hota hai. Is ka hal yeh ahi keh sone se qabal aik tub garam pani mein 5 spoon lahori namak mila kar paon bhigo kar pur sakoon ho kar baith jayein yeh tariqah sirf jism ki tamam thakan hi door nahi karta sath paon ki hifazat bhi karta hai.
Dawat function ya khas moqon par jane ki jaldi mein paon ki safayi na bhool jayein. Jaise hi ghusal le kar niklein foot scrub se paon ka achi tarah masaj karein. Nails ki safayi ke brush se nails par bhi scrub karein. Garam pani se paon dho lein. Ab masaj cream se ankle se paon ki fingers tak, ankle aur talyon ka masaj karein. Tissue paper se baqyah cream saaf karlein. Ab aik tub mein garam pani mein do drop dettol daal kar 5 minute ke liye paon bhigoyein phir thande pani se dho kar hand cream se tezi se masaj karein. Baaz khawateen kay payon baray bhadday aur bud numa hotay hain in ke liye chotay tub mein garam pani aur is mein khanay ka namak dalein 15 minute tak payon bhigay hehnay dein. Jow ke aate ko achi tarah pees kar is mein thori haldi mila lain aur doodh mein paste bana kar hathon aur paron mein lagain. Jab sukh jaye to arq-e-ghulab se hath aur paon jahan lagaya gia hai achi tarah se gila kar lo aur buhat halke hath se masaj karte huye is ko dho lo aur phir zaitoon ka tail(Olive oil)is par dobara laga lo lekin behtar nateejah ghiza ko behtar kiye beghair nahi mile ga. |
