Leg and Feet Care in Urdu:

Ghusul (bath) karne ke baad apni tangon(Leg) aur pairon ko glasreen aur arq-e-gulab ke mixture ki malish karain thore se mixture ko neem garam pani mein dalein aur is mein pair bhigoyain is se dukhte huye pairon ko aaram milta hai.
Kuch exercise bhi aisi hain keh agar in ko baqaidgi se kia jaye to in se paon ke dard aur thakan ko faidah hota hai.
